Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: June 5, 2026
This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for paid subscriptions on Discord.Network.
Billing cadence
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing period using your saved payment method, until you cancel.
How to cancel
You can cancel any time from your account billing portal (Dashboard → Billing), which opens a secure Stripe-managed portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period, so you keep your paid features until that date.
What happens to your listings
When a paid subscription ends, your server listings are not deleted. Paid-only features (such as featured placement, additional listings, or promotional bumps) are simply downgraded to the free tier at the end of the billing period. Your base listing remains available, subject to free tier limits and our Terms of Service.
Refunds
Because plans are billed monthly and you may cancel before each renewal, we generally do not provide refunds for partial billing periods or for time already elapsed on an active subscription. If you believe you were charged in error, or were billed after a confirmed cancellation, contact us and we will review and, where appropriate, issue a refund. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or withdrawal rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country.
