Terms of Service

1. What we provide

Discord.Network is an online directory that lets community owners list their Discord servers and lets visitors browse, search, and discover those communities. We sign you in with Discord and offer optional paid subscriptions that unlock promotional and listing features. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Discord Inc.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least the age of digital consent in your country if that age is higher. Discord itself requires users to be 13 or older. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

You access the Service through Discord OAuth. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your Discord credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Listing rules and acceptable use

You agree not to list, post, or promote content that:

• is illegal, or promotes illegal activity or harm to others;
• contains sexual content involving minors, or otherwise sexualizes minors in any way;
• is hateful, harassing, or incites violence against people or groups;
• is spam, deceptive, fraudulent, or artificially inflates rankings, votes, or bumps;
• infringes intellectual-property rights or violates Discord’s own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines;
• contains malware, phishing links, or attempts to compromise the Service or its users.

You are solely responsible for your server and its content. We do not control the Discord servers you list or the conduct that occurs inside them.

5. Moderation rights

We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, review, edit, re-rank, hide, or remove any listing, and suspend or terminate any account, that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law, or that harms the Service or its users. We are not obligated to monitor content but may do so.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain paid features until then. 7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any listing will produce a particular result.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Discord.Network and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $100.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating legal entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The specific governing jurisdiction will be confirmed once the operating legal entity is finalized.
